BUILT FOR THE PLATFORM
Titan Wheel Accessories 1 Inch 4x110 UTV and ATV wheel spacers widen your machine's stance for added stability on the trail and extra clearance for bigger tires and suspension upgrades. Each spacer is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in black anodizing to resist corrosion, mud and weather.
Compatible with: 1995-2019 Honda FourTrax Foreman, 2000-2026 Honda FourTrax Rancher, 1998-2026 Yamaha Grizzly 550/600/660/700, 1985-2011 Yamaha Big Bear 350/400.
These bolt-on spacers have pressed-in 10x1.25 studs and include lug nuts. They fit UTVs and ATVs with a 4x110 bolt pattern, 10x1.25 wheel studs and a hub up to 74mm across. Please confirm your machine's bolt pattern, thread pitch and hub size before ordering.

Installation
For off-road and competition use only. Clean the hub so the spacer seats flush. Use a torque wrench, not power tools, and torque to your machine's factory spec, not to exceed 110 ft-lbs. Re-torque after the first 25 miles.

HUBCENTRIC VS. LUGCENTRIC
Hubcentric
The spacer's center bore matches your hub, so the wheel is centered on the hub instead of by the lug nuts. That precise centering helps prevent the vibration an off-center wheel causes.
Lugcentric
The lug nuts themselves center the wheel. Common on universal-fit spacers; properly torqued lug nuts keep the wheel true.

INSTALLATION
Bolt-On Wheel Spacers and Adapters
Before you install
If your factory wheel studs are longer than the spacer is thick, they must be trimmed or replaced with shorter studs — unless the wheel has relief pockets deep and wide enough to clear them. Never install a wheel where the factory studs touch the back of it. The wheel must seat completely flat against the face of the spacer.

Never exceed 110 ft-lbs — use the OEM spec if it's lower.
