Order processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on a weekend, or on a holiday ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping methods and cost

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate displayed at checkout. We select the carrier — UPS or USPS — based on the destination and the size of the order.

UPS shipping, if you select it at checkout, is calculated from the service you choose and your destination address.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping within the United States arrives in 3–5 business days once it ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If you select a UPS service at checkout, delivery follows the service you chose.

International delivery times vary by destination and by how long the package spends in customs, so we do not estimate them.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and internationally.

International orders: you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are not part of your shipping charge. Customs may hold a package, and any fees are collected by them or the carrier, not by us.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delivery

Once a carrier takes possession of a package, delivery timing is in their hands. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. A package sent to an address entered incorrectly may be delayed or returned to us, and reshipping it will be charged again.

Returns

See our Refund Policy for return eligibility and the 30-day window. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
