Lifetime · against manufacturer defects
Every Titan spacer, adapter and hardware kit is covered for as long as you own it. If a part we made is defective, we replace it.
What's covered
Manufacturer defects in the part itself — the machining, the material, the studs we pressed in — for as long as you own it. If a part left us defective, we replace it.
What voids it
Incorrect installation. A part that was installed wrong is not a part that was made wrong, and damage that follows from it isn't covered. Follow the install guide for your type, use a torque wrench, and re-torque at 25 miles.
Filing a claim
Contact us with your order number and photos of the part. A warranty claim doesn't go through the returns portal — there's no form to fill in, a person reads your email and replies during office hours.
