Upgrade your stance and wheel fitment with American-made precision. BSB USA wheel spacers are engineered and machined in the United States from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Each spacer is CNC-machined to exact tolerances with a precision-machined 87.1mm center bore for an accurate hubcentric fit, then anodized black for corrosion protection and a clean finish.
Built for the Ford F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator with a 6x135 bolt pattern. These 3/8" (9.5mm) slip-on spacers move each wheel outward 3/8 inch, adding clearance for brake calipers and suspension components and filling out the stance for wider wheels and tires.

Installation:
Clean the hub face, slide the spacer over the factory studs until it sits flush on the hub, then mount the wheel with your original lug nuts. Confirm full thread engagement on every lug nut (7.5 turns on 14x1.5, 6 turns on 14x2); if your studs are too short, install extended wheel studs before use. Torque with a hand torque wrench to the factory spec, not to exceed 110 ft-lbs, and re-check torque after the first 25 miles.

HUBCENTRIC VS. LUGCENTRIC
Hubcentric
The spacer's center bore matches your hub, so the wheel is centered on the hub instead of by the lug nuts. That precise centering helps prevent the vibration an off-center wheel causes.
Lugcentric
The lug nuts themselves center the wheel. Common on universal-fit spacers; properly torqued lug nuts keep the wheel true.

Slip-On Wheel Spacers
Before you install
Slip-on spacers almost always require extended wheel studs or lug bolts to be installed safely. Confirm you can achieve the minimum number of turns on every lug nut or bolt before driving — the thread engagement table is in the full guide.
