    • Make sure that all adapters get a FULL 6-8 Turns of the Lugs when Tightening, Failure to do so, can result in damage to your vehicle
    • Installation needs to be performed by a trained professional
  • It's Possible that you OEM Studs are longer than the spacer is thick, if so you have a few options:
    1. Your lugs studs will need to be shortened by grinding them down
    2. You can replace your studs will shorter studs
    3. if you wheels have cavities in the backside, between the mounting holes, then you should be OK (will need to make sure flush)

  • ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO GAP BETWEEN THE SPACERS AND THE HUB OF THE WHEELS

    HUBCENTRIC VS. LUGCENTRIC

    Hubcentric

    The spacer's center bore matches your hub, so the wheel is centered on the hub instead of by the lug nuts. That precise centering helps prevent the vibration an off-center wheel causes.

    Lugcentric

    The lug nuts themselves center the wheel. Common on universal-fit spacers; properly torqued lug nuts keep the wheel true.

    I bought "universal" 4 lug rims that somehow didn't fit my very common 4x100 bolt pattern on my 2002 Honda Civic. These were recommended to me by a local Facebook page so I took a gamble and ordered them. I didn't want spacers initially, but was really impressed with the quality of these. Bolted right up and fit like a glove.

    Will these fit my exact vehicle?

    No alignment change is required for the spacer itself, though we recommend a routine check if you're also changing offset or ride height.

    INSTALLATION

    Bolt-On Wheel Spacers and Adapters

    Before you install

    If your factory wheel studs are longer than the spacer is thick, they must be trimmed or replaced with shorter studs — unless the wheel has relief pockets deep and wide enough to clear them. Never install a wheel where the factory studs touch the back of it. The wheel must seat completely flat against the face of the spacer.

    Torque Specs

    All lug nuts used to install wheel spacers must be torqued by hand using a torque wrench. The use of power tools to install lug nuts can cause them to be over-torqued or can cause damage to the spacers and studs.

    • Maximum torque: 110 ft-lbs. If the vehicle manufacturer's torque specification is under 110 ft-lbs, follow that specification.
    • Lug nuts securing the adapters to the hub and the wheels to the adapters: vehicle manufacturer's specification, not to exceed 110 ft-lbs.

    Re-Torque Schedule

    • After driving with the new spacers or adapters for 25 miles, check the torque on all lug nuts again.
    • The wheels will need to be removed to check the lug nuts securing the spacer to the hub on bolt-on spacers and adapters.
    • It is always a good idea to check torque on all lug nuts periodically after installation, and immediately if a new vibration is noticed.

    Never exceed 110 ft-lbs — use the OEM spec if it's lower.

    Failure to correctly install the product may result in the loss of wheel(s) while driving. Proper installation is to be performed by a trained technician with sufficient knowledge of these products. Titan Wheel Accessories products are intended for off-road or competition use only.
