OVERVIEW

BUILT FOR THE PLATFORM

These Titan Wheel Accessories 1/2 Inch wheel spacers are designed with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern for Jeep Cherokee XJ, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler TJ YJ, Liberty and Comanche. They are machined from T6 6061 billet aluminum, making them both lightweight and durable. These spacers will improve the stance of your vehicle, providing a more aggressive look while also adding additional clearance for aftermarket brake and suspension parts. They also allow for larger wheel and tire combinations to be installed, giving you more options for customization.

HUBCENTRIC VS. LUGCENTRIC

Hubcentric

The spacer's center bore matches your hub exactly, so the hub — not the lug nuts — carries the wheel's weight. Zero runout, zero vibration.

Lugcentric

The lug nuts themselves center the wheel. Common on universal-fit spacers; properly torqued lug nuts keep the wheel true.

This product ships LC.

Worked well, of good quality as well. Bought the 1-in. (25mm) for 99 Ranger

Alright, so some advice. I went with these because of them being hub centric, I had done new brakes and rotors already on my truck and they fit perfectly, so even if you have aftermarket rotors they will still work (I had issues with another spacer brand) that being said, my rear spacers were not sitting flush against the drum. Turns out they were heavily painted and I had to sand down the bare metal for them to finally sit properly. So if these are not working make sure you check that there is no paint and/or rust because these are basically zero clearance hubs

ANSWERS

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The questions drivers ask most about this product — answered up front.

SEE ALL FAQ
Will these fit my exact vehicle?
Check the spec sheet above for bolt pattern and hub bore, or use the fitment finder to confirm against your year, make and model.
Do I need an alignment after installing?
No alignment change is required for the spacer itself, though we recommend a routine check if you're also changing offset or ride height.
What torque should I use?
See the Installation section above for the torque spec sheet included with this product — never exceed 110 ft-lbs.

INSTALLATION

Slip-On Wheel Spacers

Before you install

Slip-on spacers almost always require extended wheel studs or lug bolts to be installed safely. Confirm you can achieve the minimum number of turns on every lug nut or bolt before driving — the thread engagement table is in the full guide.

Full installation guide

Torque Specs

All lug nuts/lug bolts used to install wheel spacers must be torqued by hand using a torque wrench. The use of power tools can cause them to be over-torqued or can cause damage to the spacers and studs.

  • Lug nuts or lug bolts securing wheel through spacer: vehicle manufacturer's spec, not to exceed 110 ft-lbs.

If the vehicle manufacturer's torque specification is under 110 ft-lbs, follow that specification.

Re-Torque Schedule

  • After driving with the new spacers for 25 miles, check the torque on all lug nuts/lug bolts again.
  • It is always a good idea to check torque on all lug nuts/lug bolts periodically after installation, and immediately if a new vibration is noticed.

Note: Unlike bolt-on spacers and adapters, slip-on spacers do not have separate hub-side fasteners, so the wheels do not need to be removed during re-torque — re-torquing the wheel lugs directly checks the spacer assembly.

Never exceed 110 ft-lbs — use the OEM spec if it's lower.

Failure to correctly install the product may result in the loss of wheel(s) while driving. Proper installation is to be performed by a trained technician with sufficient knowledge of these products. Titan Wheel Accessories products are intended for off-road or competition use only.
