Inexpensive, Yet Quality Part

Fitment was exact and for the price, this is the best option to explore online. The best part of this was having peace of mind with the 12.9 grade studs. The 20mm version fit my 09 Mazdaspeed3 with OEM wheels and no factory stud trimming required.

Customer Service Excellence

I’ve seen alot of reviews on google about poor customer service, not being able to contact, etc etc. I personally think the issue may be the customers posting the reviews. I received my set of adapters quickly, but they were damaged by UPS. I emailed customer service, and within an hour or so I received not only a response, but they shipped me a complete new set which I received within 2 days. Furthermore, I offered to return the damaged set, and Titan told me to just keep the damaged set. The adapters are high quality, and if installed correctly, work perfectly. I had seen other reviews where people had issues with wheels falling off, again, due to obvious improper installation. You gotta have a little common sense folks. If your hub studs protrude past the surface of the adapter face, you obviously have to shorten your Hub studs, DUH!!! Great Company, Great Quality, Great Customer service. Thank You Titan Accessories, and shame on the bad review people for not realizing that they are at fault for poor installation….
