HUBCÉNTRICO VS. LUGCÉNTRICO

Hubcéntrico

El diámetro central del separador coincide con tu cubo, así que la rueda se centra en el cubo y no con las tuercas. Ese centrado preciso ayuda a evitar la vibración que causa una rueda descentrada.

Lugcéntrico

Las tuercas de rueda centran la rueda. Común en separadores de ajuste universal; con las tuercas bien apretadas la rueda queda centrada.

Absolute garbage

7 of 8 studs on my front left tire snapped clean off while I was Driving. Damn near killed me. Awful product

Hi Sage, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. The OEM studs were not cut down or replaced with shorter studs which is what is causing the studs on the adapter to break. All the adapters must be removed and the OEM studs must either be cut down or replaced with shorter studs so they do not come in contact with the backside of the wheel

Would of been nice to have gotten product or at least money back.

Wouldn’t know how good these adapters were because I never received them. Company never answers when you try calling them. Haven’t tried emailing them but each there own when buying from this company.

Didn't fit my truck like they said it would

No exchanges, restock fees, and you have to pay to ship back and hope they accept it.

I was trying to order spacers for my truck. When I went through the criteria for the info, I clicked on what came up and looked like what I was looking for. They were not spacers but a transition hub. I asked to exchange and was told no. I could return them with a restocking fee and hope they would even accept it (the product was never installed). Unfortunately it’s easier to eat the $250 then go through the process and not know the answer. Product seemed good but customer service not so much.

¿Van a quedar exactamente en mi vehículo?

¿Necesito alineación después de instalar?
El separador por sí solo no requiere cambios de alineación, aunque recomendamos una revisión de rutina si además cambias el offset o la altura de manejo.
¿Qué par de apriete debo usar?

Bolt-On Wheel Spacers and Adapters

Antes de instalar

Si los birlos de fábrica son más largos que el grosor del separador, deben recortarse o sustituirse por birlos más cortos — salvo que la rueda tenga cavidades de alivio lo bastante profundas y anchas para alojarlos. Nunca instales una rueda si los birlos de fábrica tocan su parte trasera. La rueda debe asentar completamente plana contra la cara del separador.

Par de apriete

All lug nuts used to install wheel spacers must be torqued by hand using a torque wrench. The use of power tools to install lug nuts can cause them to be over-torqued or can cause damage to the spacers and studs.

  • Maximum torque: 110 ft-lbs. If the vehicle manufacturer's torque specification is under 110 ft-lbs, follow that specification.
  • Lug nuts securing the adapters to the hub and the wheels to the adapters: vehicle manufacturer's specification, not to exceed 110 ft-lbs.

Re-Torque Schedule

  • After driving with the new spacers or adapters for 25 miles, check the torque on all lug nuts again.
  • The wheels will need to be removed to check the lug nuts securing the spacer to the hub on bolt-on spacers and adapters.
  • It is always a good idea to check torque on all lug nuts periodically after installation, and immediately if a new vibration is noticed.

Nunca superes 110 ft-lb — usa la especificación OEM si es menor.
