Upgrade your stance and wheel fitment with American-made precision. BSB USA wheel spacers are engineered and machined in the United States from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Each spacer is CNC-machined to exact tolerances with a precision-machined 124.9mm center bore for an accurate hubcentric fit, then anodized black for corrosion protection and a clean finish.
Built for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks and the Ford Excursion with an 8x170 bolt pattern. These 3/8" (9.5mm) slip-on spacers move each wheel outward 3/8 inch, adding clearance for brake calipers and suspension components and filling out the stance for wider wheels and tires.
Features:
- CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum
- Hubcentric 124.9mm center bore for accurate wheel centering and a smooth, balanced ride
- Slip-on design: slides over your factory wheel studs and uses your original lug nuts
- Durable black anodized finish resists corrosion
- Available as a pair (2 spacers) or set of 4
- Backed by our BSB USA Lifetime Warranty
Compatible With:
- Ford F-250 Super Duty 1999-2024
- Ford F-350 Super Duty 1999-2024
- Ford Excursion 2000-2005
Fitment Note for 2017+ Models: These spacers are compatible with 12-bolt rear axles. They are not compatible with 14-bolt or 16-bolt rear axles.
The most reliable way to verify your rear axle is to count the bolts on the rear differential cover:
- 12 bolts = Fits
- 14 bolts = Not Compatible
- 16 bolts = Not Compatible
General Model Guide:
- 1999–2016 Super Duty trucks use a Sterling 12-bolt rear axle from the factory.
- 2017+ F-350 SRW models typically come with the Dana 14-bolt rear axle.
- 2017+ F-250 may have the Dana 14-bolt only if equipped with the Heavy-Duty Tow Package. If your truck does not have the HD Tow Package, it will generally have a Sterling 12-bolt axle.
- 2023+ trucks with High-Output or Tremor packages will generally have the Sterling 16-bolt rear axle.
Because tow-package options vary, counting the bolts on the diff cover is the most accurate way to confirm compatibility before ordering.
Installation Details: The hubcentric lip on these spacers is intentionally machined very thin to allow correct fitment on the rear of Ford Super Duty trucks. Because the lip is thin, take extra care during installation:
- Align the spacer fully on the hub before tightening
- Do not force or hammer the spacer into place
- Clean rust scale or debris from the hub face for a smooth fit
- Tighten lug nuts in a star pattern and torque to spec
- Verify full contact between spacer and hub surface
When installed correctly, the hubcentric lip provides the same centering function as a thicker lip. Improper installation or forcing the spacer onto the hub can damage the lip or prevent proper seating.
Specifications:
- Thickness: 3/8" (9.5mm)
- Bolt Pattern: 8x170
- Center Bore: 124.9mm (Hubcentric)
- Vehicle Studs: factory studs retained
- Material: 6061-T6 billet aluminum
- Finish: Black anodized
- Origin: Made in the USA
Installation:
Clean the hub face, slide the spacer over the factory studs until it sits flush on the hub, then mount the wheel with your original lug nuts. Confirm full thread engagement on every lug nut (7.5 turns on 14x1.5, 6 turns on 14x2); if your studs are too short, install extended wheel studs before use. Torque with a hand torque wrench to the factory spec, not to exceed 110 ft-lbs, and re-check torque after the first 25 miles.
