Upgrade your stance, fitment, and performance with American made precision. BSB USA Wheel Spacers are engineered and machined in the United States from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Each spacer is CNC-cut for exact tolerances, ensuring perfect front and rear hubcentric fitment and long term reliability under high loads. These spacers are anodized black for corrosion protection and a clean finish.

Perfect fit for Ford vehicles with a 8x170 bolt pattern including F-250 and F-350. Designed to safely move your wheels outward 2 Inches per side, giving you extra clearance for brake calipers, suspension components or wider wheels and tires without sacrificing balance or safety.

Fitment Note for 2017+ Models: These spacers are compatible with 12-bolt and 14-bolt rear axles. They are not compatible with Sterling 16-bolt rear axles.

The most reliable way to verify your rear axle is to count the bolts on the rear differential cover:

  • 12 bolts = Fits
  • 14 bolts = Fits
  • 16 bolts = Not Compatible

General Model Guide:

  • 1999–2016 Super Duty trucks use a Sterling 12-bolt rear axle from the factory.
  • 2017+ F-350 SRW models typically come with the Dana 14-bolt rear axle.
  • 2017+ F-250 may have the Dana 14-bolt only if equipped with the Heavy-Duty Tow Package. If your truck does not have the HD Tow Package, it will generally have a Sterling 12-bolt axle.
  • 2023+ trucks with High-Output or Tremor packages will generally have the Sterling 16-bolt rear axle.

Because tow-package options vary, counting the bolts on the diff cover is the most accurate way to confirm compatibility before ordering.

Installation Details: The hubcentric lip on these spacers is intentionally machined very thin to allow correct fitment on the rear of Ford Super Duty trucks. Because the lip is thin, take extra care during installation:

  • Align the spacer fully on the hub before tightening
  • Do not force or hammer the spacer into place
  • Clean rust scale or debris from the hub face for a smooth fit
  • Tighten lug nuts in a star pattern and torque to spec
  • Verify full contact between spacer and hub surface

When installed correctly, the hubcentric lip provides the same centering function as a thicker lip. Improper installation or forcing the spacer onto the hub can damage the lip or prevent proper seating.

Features:

  • CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum
  • Front and Rear Hubcentric design eliminates vibration and stress on studs
  • 14x1.5 wheel studs pre-installed
  • Durable black anodized finish resists rust and oxidation
  • Sold in pairs (2 spacers) or sets of 4 spacers with lug nuts included
  • Backed by our BSB USA Lifetime Warranty
